Order and Delivery Information for Japan

Japan taxes
There are no export charges for tennisnuts to send products abroad, however there may be import duties, taxes and customs charges levied in Japan. These are not included in our price, and are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
VAT is charged in the checkout, however for orders to Japan, it is automatically refunded.
Approximate transit time to Japan
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. After we’ve dispatched your order, delivery to Japan usually takes 4 to 7 days.
Orders weighing under 2kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail from the UK. These will then be passed over to your local post service, Japan Post for delivery in Japan.
Orders over 2kg will be dispatched from the UK using DPD. These will then be passed over to a courier company in Japan for delivery.

Orders that require an extra parcel (e.g. a large quantity of tennis balls) will cost £85 extra per parcel.
