The crystal infused textured surface on the J6CR felt amazing for dipping, fizzing ground strokes, and rapidly dipping top-spin lobs. The J6CR is best suited to attacking players who want the extra reach and momentum of an elongated paddle without sacrificing too much control. Its 111-116 swing weight gives drives and volley winners useful weight through the ball, while the 6.2-6.7 twist weight helps keep the face stable on less-than-perfect contact. The longer handle is also well suited to two-handed backhands. The crystal blue surface is the grittiest surface on a pickleball paddle that we have ever seen !

Elongated-shaped pickleball paddles are generally power-focused. These are designed for aggressive players who put more force behind attacking shots and react quickly during fast volleys. The elongated shape provides additional reach and leverage to help generate greater power.
Standard and Hybrid shape pickleball paddles are usually all-round focused. These are designed for players seeking a versatile balance between power and control, making them suitable for a wide range of playing styles and providing a balanced combination of reach, manoeuvrability, touch and attacking potential.
Widebody-shaped pickleball paddles are control-focused. These are designed for players who prioritise precision, placement and touch. They are generally widebody-shaped, providing a larger and more forgiving hitting area for players who rely on accurate shot-making, resets and strategic play while still being able to generate power when required.
