Selkirk Omni Elongated Pickleball Paddle Limited Edition - Calypso

Selkirk Omni Elongated

The Selkirk Omni Elongated Pickleball Paddle is an all-court pickleball paddle for intermediate to advanced players seeking a strong blend of power, spin and controlled touch. Its 16.5-inch elongated shape extends reach and leverage, while the 16mm PureFoam ReactCore combines a floating foam centre with a double-ring construction for adaptable response. InfiniGrit provides a durable, high-spin hitting surface, while Selkirk's Adjustable MOI Tuning System lets players alter the paddle's weighting characteristics to suit their preferred balance of stability, power and hand speed.

Product Technologies

• InfiniGrit Surface: USAP-approved surface texture engineered for sustained ball grip and spin. Selkirk states that its spin performance lasts three times longer than traditional raw carbon surfaces.
• ReactCore: Combines a PureFoam floating centre and PureFoam ring with an EVA Power Ring, creating a dynamic core designed to deliver controlled response on softer shots while retaining powerful rebound when accelerating through the ball.
• PureFoam: Foam-based core construction designed for consistent response and structural durability, helping the paddle resist the core-crushing issues associated with some high-performance constructions.
• Adjustable MOI Tuning System: Adjustable perimeter weights allow players to alter the paddle's performance characteristics by repositioning weight for increased power, greater control or quicker hand speed.
• Double-Ring Construction: PureFoam and EVA ring structures work around the floating centre to provide adaptive flexibility, helping the paddle balance power with touch and control across different shot types.
• Colour: Blue/Green

Staff pro review - Rory / Manish

The omni makes a different, more conventional sound during rallies and is more control focussed compared to the Boomstik while the unique adjustable weighting system is particularly useful for fine-tuning stability and manoeuvrability. I know so many players who will love the extra adjustability of the omni. The Omni Elongated stands out as a versatile option for players who do not want to commit solely to power or control. The elongated profile gives useful reach and leverage, while the 16mm foam core retains enough touch for resets and placement. Its 118 ± 2 swing weight gives it solid presence through the ball, adding plenty of punch.
