I used the original colour when it first came out (purple, red and blue came out first, followed by the recent Everglade) and the control air is still the paddle by which I judge all others. I come from a tennis background and like to give the ball a real whack from the back of the court, while occasionally mixing things up with drop shots and lobs. The 19 inch thickness gives me all the control I require, while the infinigrit gives me the extra grip on the ball for touch shots, dipping ground shots and lobs when needed. Sometimes, I find that power is lacking to put the ball away, but that is offset with the help in keeping powerful rallies in court.
