This string strikes a superb mix between soft feel, power, and resilience thanks to the usage of Zyex in a multifilament.
It also has a textured outer wrap for enhanced spin potential and increased tension stability. The 18 gauge string has a softer feel and gives you more control, whilst the 17 gauge string is more durable. Zyex thread should be strung at 10-15% less than standard nylon string, according to Ashaway.
